The Hussaa building system
A building system made up of different building blocks to create an unlimited variety of building sizes, shapes and styles. Simple and fast to construct.
The basic block
A building block that contains all layers from facade, water proofing, insulation to interior finishing. Blocks slot into each other for fast and easy construction.
Collection of blocks
The more types of block we offer, the greater the range of configurations possible. Enabling anyone to configure a building to suit their purpose and building plot.
Variety of buildings
Flexibility to fit different building plots, different tastes and different functions. Structures that can change and grow as needs change through time.
Windows and doors
A range of different windows and doors, all connected in the same fast and easy way as the basic building block.
Facade options
Different materials can be used for the facade. Fixed to the blocks or as a separate layer skin around the building core.
Insulation choices
The blocks can contain basic insulation materials or bio based options from local agricultural sources, such as straw, hemp or many other bio based options.
Installation and services
A modern house requires cables and piping for services. We have taken into account spaces and ducts integrated in the Hussaa system to install electrical and water systems.
Structural flexibility
Structural elements are integrated in the building blocks or a frame can be a seperate structural element that will attach to the building blocks in a similar way.
Foundations
A concrete base or screw pile foundations will be stable enough to carry the light weight structure. The foundations are put in place before we deliver the building blocks.
